Heads of several countries have expressed condolences over the attack. India blamed Pakistan for supporting Jaish-e-Mohammed and its founder Masood Azhar, but Pakistan released a statement rejecting Pulawa attack.

Maithripala Sirisena (Sri Lankan President) tweeted -

The United Nations strongly condemned for the attack and released a statement saying –

“We strongly condemn today's attack in J&K Pulwama. We express our deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and to the people and Government of India. We wish a speedy recovery to injured and call for those behind the attack to be brought to justice."

Even the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan in a press release said –

“Attack in Pulwama in the Indian Occupied Kashmir is a matter of grave concern. We have always condemned acts of violence anywhere in the world. We strongly reject any insinuation by elements in the Indian media and government that seek to link the attack to Pakistan without investigations."

According to the news, the bomber is Adil Dar, a student who left home in 2018. Soon after the attack, the group released a video which was then shown on several channels. In the video, a young man identified as Adil Dar spoke about atrocities against Kashmiri Muslims. He said he joined the group in 2018 and was given the task to attack in Pulawa. He was given the name Waqas by a terrorist group. His village is only 10kms from the place where his car with explosives rammed into a bus.

India has called for global sanctions against Jaish-e-Mohammed, and the country wants its leader Masood Azhar to be listed as a terrorist by the UN Security Council. However, analysts say that even if the government is planning to go further, the options are very limited due to snow across the region.

About two years ago, India carried out surgical strikes in Pakistan in response to the attack which took place in Uri, in Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan, as usual, didn’t admit that it was carried out by them. However, the surgical strike took revenge of the souls died in the attack.

The time has come again to plan for a surgical strike and to show Pakistan that India is ready for a war.

What do you think- how India will take revenge from Masood Azhar? Indian PM Narendra Modi has given permission and full freedom to security forces to do what they want to give a befitting reply to Pakistan.
