Install the FaceApp and use the age filter. The app does an excellent job of making you look older. I am excited to see how I would look in the future! Are you?
Have you ever wondered how you would look in your 50s? As the new technologies are coming up every day, it has now become easier to see what the future holds. After the #BottleCapChallenge, a new challenge is out that challenges people to upload their pictures of how would they look when they age.
The app launched in January 2017 but got involved in some controversies related to privacy issues. After updating, the app is back in the news again and attracting millions from around the world.
Right from popular celebs, cricketers to ordinary people are participating in this #OldAgeChallenge, also known as #FaceAppChallenge and taking the internet by storm. Look around, and you will see many people posing for the FaceApp.
Faceapp is not a new app. It is like Snapchat that uses several filters like gender swap and babyface. Faceapp is using the age filter to show pictures when you grow old. The app has gone viral across the globe, all thanks to its simple face mapping AI trick.
People are sharing their faces of how they would look in 50-60 years, and the pictures look realistic. If you haven’t downloaded the app, first know what Faceapp is, and how you can use the age filter.
It is a mobile application that is designed to create transformations of faces using age filter and other features. The free version of the app limits the choice of filters. It gives you three versions of face, i.e., two young and one that makes you look old and probably the realistic one.
Right from celebrities to sportsperson, all of them have joined the bandwagon and posting their pictures on social media. The collage of the Indian cricket team is getting viral cross Instagram and Twitter.
The aging filter adds wrinkles and gray hairs to the picture. It is realistic and of course, rising curiosity in people. Surprisingly, a lot of people are taking the challenge and posting their gray-haired pictures online. Earlier #10YearsChallenge went viral on the internet and let people post their ten years before and after pictures.

The app allows you to pick a photo from phone gallery and with the help of AI, edit it with filters. Add a new hairstyle, change the skin tone, and edit the pictures. The filter of changing the skin tone is now deleted because the app added fuel to racism.

I think he resembles Anil Kapoor.
Arab artist Balqees Fathi uploaded her photo and captioned it as:
“My potential photo when I’m 70 or 80 if God blesses us Inshallah. I see a wise and beautiful woman and on the timeline on her face, lessons, and knowledge that she passed to her grandchildren. By the way, the image 100% looks like my grandmother from my father’s side, ‘Alzahraa’. I look a lot like her when she was younger."
I don’t think he looks that old.
Participating in OldAgeChallenge is very simple. Follow the steps below and see how you would age.
The app founder, Yaroslav Goncharov, said:
“Other apps intentionally change a picture in a way it is entertaining, but not a real photo anymore. We believe that such entertaining effects are subject to trends, but photorealism is timeless.”
Note: For security reasons, be aware of any app that asks access into your phone's gallery. Apps like Instagram, Facebook, FaceApp have a privacy page to deal with other users. So better read it before you download any new app.
Apart from #FaceAppChallenge, you can also participate in #TrashTagChallenge to make people aware of how to keep the environment clean.
Till now, if you haven't participated in any challenge, then what you are doing? Take a break from your busy schedule and see how people around you are doing crazy things and posting on social networks. Isn't it exciting to know how you would age?
Download the FaceApp from play store or iOs and share the picture on your Instagram. See how your friends react at your older picture? I bet it would be fun using FaceApp.

This list showcases the Gods of death, the Underworld, and destruction: from the Egyptian God of Death- Anubis, who was recognized as a man with a jackal head, to the Hindu God of Death- “Yama,” who took the records of each person’s death. But Thanatos was the personified spirit of non-violent death.
