People Are Going Absolutely Mad Over These Cakes

Cake inventions are on the go. We come across so many creations on cakes these days. Flavours are an old thing. The trending is the innovations on cake look. How is a cake decorated. Even cakes these days follow the celebration theme and they are made according to the occasion. Another line has come in for these innovations and they look absolutely stunning. Check these cakes from a Scottish tea room ‘Tea Jenny’s’.

An elaborately decorated coconut and yuzu sponge

Yuzu is a rare citrus fruit from the East Asia. It looks like tangerine but looks like floral lime.

These cakes are the works of Jenny Duncan and her colleague Bryan McKay

Both are self taught bakers and cake decorators. This artwork is the playful Jammie Dodger and doughnut cake.

All cakes are available by slices

It feels hard to cut this cake but you can buy a piece of this coconut, lime and mango cake.

They use sweets in many cakes

McKay told BuzzFeed,

“We like to strike a balance between the more ‘glamorous’ cakes, and fun varieties like this lollipop rainbow design. Children really respond well to cakes that feature retro sweets, and so do adults!”
