3 Exercises for Broader Chest That GYM Trainers Don't Want You To Know

GYM! Is the most loved place of the dudes? They do some dumbbell flyes, bench press and other exercises to make them physically fit. But before you proceed what exercise must be done to have a broader chest first make it clear some things related to chest. 

Chest is composed of pec major and pec minor muscle fibers. Pec major fibers have the maximum potential for muscular growth; also it gives shape to your chest. A pec major fiber is further divided into upper and lower chest. While pec minor resides under pec major, this involves the chest and triceps movements.

Exercise You Must do to Have A Broader Chest

1. The Decline Barbell Bench Press

Lower chest consist of maximum amount of muscle fibers in your pec major. Decline bench press energizes the muscle fiber in the middle as well as lower region, which recruits max muscle fibers in the chest.

 4-5 sets with 6-9 reps

2. Low Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

Perform this exercise over an adjustable bench. This exercise will let you achieve the best positioning between the upper chest and muscle fibers. 

Sets of 5-10 reps

3. Low To High Cable Crossover

Many of the teenagers while doing several exercises for the chest, often forget this exercise.  The function of the upper chest is not only to push and bring your hands closer but also to bring your arms in front. This exercise should be perform at the end of the session.

4 Sets of 12-15 reps
