Akodara | This Village Has All The Facilities Just Like Any Metro City!

Most of us are living in the highly advanced cities where shopping online or spending money via cards has become so common, but there is a village of Akodara, which is adopted by ICICI which has all the primary facilities available. 

You will be shock after knowing that everyone here uses card rather than cash! Akodara is the first digitalized village of India. Well, people like you and me are facing the demonetization problems but people in this village reacted as null to this step by PM.

#This village of Akodara is situated an hour away from Ahmedabad.

#ICICI bank has adopted this village of Akodara, and has only around 1200 people.

Everyone here holds a bank account. When people got to know about the modern banking, they were very touched and frequently adapted the changes. They have their savings account with ICICI bank and do their transactions via ATM’s. 

Now the pensions of rs 800 of widows are directly get transferred to their account. Earlier they had to spend around 70/- as travel money to reach the district headquarters.
