How to Treat Several Common Skin Problems the Simple & Natural Way

Everybody wants glowing and clear skin. But due to common skin problems like pimples, moles, warts, age spots, or skin labels, it has become only a dream. To avoid them: it is key to keep your skin healthy and younger. 

So here is a list of some simple and natural techniques to get rid of your unattractive skin problem forever.

1. Pimples

To eliminate the pimples and dry skin on the nose, you can utilize a blend of ½ teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of ocean salt, and 1 teaspoon of water. Now apply this mixture carefully on the pores or where they appear. Gently massage it for 2-4 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. You can use this 1-2 times each week to obtain clearer skin.

2. Moles

Moles may be harmful to the skin as they come with the signs of skin tumors. By using garlic, you can get rid of an innocuous mole. Use the smashed-up garlic and apply it to the mole. Keep it on for at least 4 hours. You can apply it regularly till the mole does not disappear.

3. Warts

Warts can easily vanish by using apple cider vinegar. First, take two parts apple cider vinegar and one part water and mix them. Soak a cotton ball in the solution and apply it directly to the wart. Cover it using tape or bandage, keeping the cotton ball overnight or even longer. Remove the cotton ball and bandage/tap, and then discard. Apply it twice a day until it goes away.

4. Skin tags

This is something that everybody gets sooner or later in their lifespan. They generally grow around the neck, eyelids, crotch folds, armpits, and under the bosoms. For abstaining from them, you need apple vinegar or juice in a container. Take some on a cotton ball and use it 2-3 times a day.

5. Age Spots

Age spots are tough to reduce; all you can do is wear sunscreen lotion all the time. You can also reduce the presence of age spots by using lemon juice on the skin twice a day. Also, the starch and sugar in potatoes work wonders on the skin because of their exfoliating properties and boosting new cell growth. 

6. Eczema

To prevent eczema flares, especially during the winters, dietary and lifestyle changes do help. But natural remedies like aloe vera gel, honey, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil, and coconut oil are highly effective and help moisturize dry, broken skin. 

7. Sunburn

During the summers, the sun rays are the strongest, and thus, the risk of sunburn increases. Natural bath therapies to treat sunburn and relieve pain include apple cider vinegar, freshly brewed tea, lavender or chamomile essential oil, baking soda, soda, or perfumes. 

Also, do not ever use coconut oil as sunscreen as it does not provide any sun protection factor (SPF) or UV protection.  

8. Rosacea

Rosacea is a skin condition identified by reddened skin that appears on cheeks and face, especially in people with fair skin. Aloe vera, chamomile, lavender/tea tree essential oil, coconut oil, oatmeal, raw honey, and turmeric are a few natural home remedies to relieve rosacea that are readily available. They help purify, soften, and moisturize skin and reduce redness and appearance.    

9. Dermatitis

Fenugreek is helpful in soothing and softening the skin. The mucilage that it contains acts as an emollient on the skin that relieves dryness and inflammation of the skin. Mix it with water and apply the paste on the skin to deal with it naturally.  

10. Psoriasis

Cabbage leaves are used to compress inflamed skin and relieve symptoms of psoriasis. It contains a high amount of sulfur, which reduces inflammation and irritation. 

Prepare poultice by washing a few cabbage leaves, crushing them with a rolling pin, and warm them. Put this paste on the skin to reduce itching and irritation.
