This means Sophie Hardy lives a pretty simple life. Sophie belongs to Durham, England. She is hired by Weight Watchers as an “Official Eating Officer”.

It’s actually a job we have all been trained to throughout our lives. Sophie Hardy travels across the country to eat at the most famous restaurants of the country. She aims to prove that your diet can still be controlled while dining out with friends. 

Hardy visits restaurants twice a week to test the menu for delicious but healthy foods. If the restaurant meets her expectations, they are given an official Weight Watchers seal of approval. The food officer will also be keeping an official blog for sharing her experiences.

How did the job come up?

A report by Weight Watchers revealed that 71% of Britain living population found socializing difficult while dieting and so they decided to hire an Eating Officer. More than 500 candidates applied for the job and Hardy was found to be the most qualified. She herself is on a weight loss journey and has lost 70 pounds in last nine years. She plans to shed 28 more pounds.
