Looks like a sinus headache, true? Think again. Many people who consider they have a sinus headache with symptoms such as pain in the head, watery eyes and stuffy nose essentially have migraine headaches.

Similarity between the Sinus and Migraine Headache!! Sinus and migraine headaches have some same symptoms that include:

• Pain in the head, mainly the forehead.
• Watery and itchy eyes
• Pain linked with movement

But people suffering from migraine may show you some additional symptoms like:

• Vomiting or Nausea
• Sensitivity with light or sound
• Intense throbbing one sided headache

A migraine symptom comprises a pounding headache, vomiting, nausea and light sensitivity. But Sinus headaches are caused by an infection and irritation (soreness or redness) of the nasal routes. That leads to blockage or congestion. It causes pressure and pain in the forehead and at the back of cheekbones.
