Be Prepared; Here Come India’s First Female Fighter Pilots

As young girls, Cadet Avani Chaturvedi, Bhawana Kanth and Mohana Singh always wanted to fly like birds and now they have successfully turned this dream into reality. They are undergoing rigorous training at the Air Force base in Hakempet.

Avani Chaturvedi who belongs to Rewa in Madhya Pradesh says it's no different being a woman fighter pilot. Both sexes are treated the same way and have to face the same challenges during training.

Cadet Mohana Singh comes from an army background and she is an IT graduate. Mohana gives credit to her instructor for inspiring her.
