Have You Seen These Multicolored Edible Corns?

Food art is a common thing these days but food farming art? You’ve got to see this guys. These colorful corns kernels that look like glass beads or marbles are not artificial. 

Carl Barnes, a half Cherokee and half Scottish Irish farmer residing in Oklahoma has naturally grown these corns from special seeds. This is a result of crossing numerous traditional corn strains with one another. Barnes has always had special interest in colorful enigmatic seeds. He was looking out for corn seeds which produce colorful corns. These corns are called "Glass Gem corns". Barnes’s along with his partner Greg Schoen in their epic love for corn seeds revealed about these seeds in a native plant gathering in Oklahoma.
